Charlton Select Board announces October special meeting, new four-way stop and community events

A private business opening was announced for Oct. 25: “There is a cloud opening for Monarch Orchard Bar, and that's October 25, 11AM to 5PM. There'll be a barbecue, drinks, music, raffles, highlights, and vendors,” the staff member said.
