Luke Land presented a conceptual plan Tuesday to rezone roughly 70–72 acres at the northwest corner of State Road 130 and County Road 250 West (Tower Road) from RU Rural to a mix of General Residential (GR) and Commercial General (CG). The petitioner said the proposed development would place about 142 single-family home sites on roughly 66 acres and a roughly 4.2-acre commercial outlot at the State Road 130 corner.
