The commission’s motion to recommend approval was made by Vic Ritter and carried unanimously after a roll-call vote (Ellen Capitan, Sarah Litke, Clay Patton, Harry Peterson, Max Raylander, Vic Ritter, Tim Warner, Diane Wurzel, Matt Evans all voted yes). The public hearing for the project had been held at an earlier meeting and was closed prior to Tuesday’s action; the petitioner presented no new materials.
