Board members confirmed there was consensus to accept the Jackson Park event; the board asked staff to coordinate logistics and electrical needs with maintenance staff.
Board members also noted that a different event previously approved was at Shadyside and this additional request was for Jackson Park. No formal roll-call vote was recorded in the transcript; members indicated agreement by voice.
Organizers were asked to confirm technical needs and to coordinate with Tom Tackett for power and site preparation.
