Staff cited RSA 174:4 and the lien process under RSA 147:7-b as the statutory basis for abatement and cost recovery.

- Economic development reserve, $5,000 (items 33f / 39): Council authorized use of $5,000 from the economic development reserve to fund city council general-fund facilitation work on the city's 2050 vision efforts.
