Ordinance 7-25, amending sections 12-09, 12-21, 12-71 and 12-72 of the Chippewa County Code of Ordinances regarding stormwater management, was approved on its second reading. The ordinance passed following a staff presentation and without substantive amendment at second reading.
The consent agenda was approved unanimously at the start of the meeting.
Appointments and administrative approvals: the county board approved a county board chair appointment to the Northwest International Trade Business and Economic Development Council Tourism Advisory Committee (unanimous). A later appointment (county administrator appointment to the LCFM committee) was approved by recorded vote; the clerk recorded the outcome as 19 in favor and 1 opposed.
