Commissioners said the structure appeared to be a boathouse and shed, but they wanted assurance it would not be used as a dwelling and asked whether plumbing or utilities were proposed. Because the applicant (Orin) and the other named contact (Champ) were not at the meeting, commissioners agreed to table the discussion until the applicant could attend and explain the structure’s use and any plumbing proposals.
No formal action was taken beyond tabling the item; the commission will reconsider the application at a future meeting when the applicant is present.
