Lucas Railey, director of planning, gave his first director’s report to the commission, describing a quarterly tracking report the planning department is producing. Railey said the report shows staff recommendations, the commission’s decisions and the city council’s final actions from January through September, and that the report helps the commission see how staff recommendations align with commission and council decisions.
Following the director’s report the commission moved the consent agenda. Commissioner Watley moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 23, 2025 regular meeting; Vice Commissioner Buettner seconded. The consent agenda passed 7‑0.
