Planner Jake Bennett told the commission the notification signs were not posted in the correct timeframe; staff recommended tabling the item and continuing the public hearing to Oct. 28. The commission opened the hearing, heard no public testimony, then voted to continue the hearing. Commissioner Hammock made the motion to continue and Commissioner Conrad seconded; the motion passed and the item was continued to the Oct. 28 meeting.
