Bids for Central Park and Guadalupe Transit Hub come in under budget; staff to tabulate and confirm award

For the Guadalupe Transit Hub project staff reported two bids: JF Will Company Inc., $1,617,000, and Taylor Jane Construction, $1,827,000. Staff said the project budgeted amount was $1,600,000 and that award might require a small transfer of funds; staff indicated available AHSC grant funds could be reallocated to cover a shortfall.
