Economic Development Commission amends prior meeting minutes, approves correction to vote count

A motion to approve the amended minutes was moved and seconded, and the commission approved the amendment by voice vote.
Commissioners also raised a concern about the timing of draft minutes. One commissioner said the minutes for a prior meeting were posted after a response deadline the commission had set, and asked that staff issue minutes sooner so members and stakeholders can act on time-sensitive items. Staff agreed to accelerate distribution of minutes when possible.
The commission returned to the agenda after approving the amended minutes.
