Dexter said the current owner of Summerfield is seeking to vacate Linden Street and redevelop the site, and staff answered commissioners’ procedural questions about location and related approvals. Commissioner Chuck moved the rezoning ordinance, Doc seconded, and the motion carried after brief discussion. The subsequent street vacation order passed on a similar motion (moved by Chuck, seconded by Doc).
