Trustees approved a first amendment to the development-improvement agreement for the A & B mixed-use project, allowing the applicant to delay certain landscaping and sidewalk improvements until after building completion.
Town planner Jared and online representative Will Cofield explained that the amendment would delay landscaping and other public improvements so they could be tied to the final project completion. Staff recommended approval and said the change helps coordinate minor remaining site items with the final construction schedule.
Trustee Jess moved to approve the first amendment to the development improvements agreement for Colorado Branch Holdings LLC (A & B mixed-use project); another trustee seconded and the board voted unanimously to adopt the amendment. Trustees offered positive comments about a late change to an acceleration lane that improved traffic flow near the roundabout.
Staff and the applicant said they will continue to coordinate public-improvement details and ensure construction is completed in accordance with the amended schedule.
