Several board members recommended the leadership team draft explicit language clarifying the process for school visits, notification expectations when a director cannot attend, and how staff will acknowledge and report back on constituent operational concerns that come to board members. Director Raji proposed a subcommittee or board‑leadership process to develop language and return with a recommendation at a subsequent meeting.
