- Consent agenda (items 6a–6r): Approved by voice vote, 7–0, 1 absent.

- Rezoning: Council approved an ordinance rezoning approximately 0.6 acres from CG (general commercial) to RSF-5 (residential single-family 5) for Map 25-00061908 (Carolina Avenue), generally located south of E. The item was placed by Mayor Pro Tem Cones and Councilman Tresler; Planning & Zoning recommended 8–0 on July 21, 2025.
