The district presented the AB 1200 disclosure form showing the cost and projected multi‑year impacts; the form is required by state law to make the fiscal effect of collective bargaining agreements public.
The board president called for a vote and recorded aye votes for the motion; the board approved both the tentative agreement and the AB 1200 disclosure. District staff thanked the bargaining team and TASP representatives for collaborative negotiations.
