LEXINGTON COUNTY — At its Oct. 14 meeting, Lexington County Council recognized eight employee nominees and named Deputy Robert Marsh of the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department as employee of the quarter for extraordinary service that included identifying a stroke victim and facilitating life-saving care.
