Notes on process: Most votes were unanimous. Where staff used cooperative state bid contracts, they reported no local vendors submitted bids for the specific state cooperative agreements; staff said they will continue to encourage local vendors to participate. For appointments and resignations the clerk conducted standard roll-call votes and announced outcomes.
