Grant County officials voted to change the date of the regular meeting to Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, at 11 a.m. so the county treasurer can be on vacation and claims can be processed.

Meeting participants said the Oct. 3 session will be in person. County staff also confirmed an evening bid meeting the following Monday, with a separate Zoom session to open submitted bids.

The change to the regular meeting date and the scheduling of the special/Zoom meeting were discussed informally during the meeting and approved by voice vote. Meeting participants indicated the Oct. 3 agenda would likely be limited to claims.

A motion to adjourn was later made and seconded; the court approved the adjournment by voice vote with all present saying "aye."
