- Old German Methodist Cemetery Eagle Scout project: Approved (see separate article).
- Professional services agreement — 17101/17151/17171 S. Wolf Road: Board authorized execution of a professional services agreement with V3 Companies Ltd. for design-engineering services not to exceed $119,980; motion carried by roll call. Trustees noted two of the three properties are village-owned and the third is in process of acquisition.
- Municipal advisory services: Board authorized a vendor contract with PMA Securities LLC for municipal advisory services and authorized the village manager to execute engagement letters for bond series issued under that agreement; motion carried by roll call.
- Ordinance amending Title 1, Chapter 16 (procurement): The board adopted ordinance amendments revising procurement authorization and methods; motion carried by roll call.
- Settlement: The board approved a settlement agreement and general release in Kovac v. Village of Orland Park and authorized the village manager to execute the agreement subject to attorney review; motion carried by roll call.

Where the transcript recorded statements on potential conflicts, trustees disclosed them on the record; in particular Trustee Jesse Lawrence said his retired ComEd pension is fixed and not affected by village actions, and therefore he did not consider it a conflict when voting on the accounts-payable batch that included ComEd line items.
