Doctor Cox and other staff guided the committee through a sequence of ARs that were presented in three-part packets (redline, executive summary and clean version). Doctor Cox said the updates are largely systematic: "In section 1 and 2, in each of the administrative regulations that you're seeing going through tonight, that part is going to be redlined in each of the ARs that we look at tonight." She explained the presentations focused on purpose, nondiscrimination clauses and updated legal references.
