Hooper planning commission opens public hearing on Agnes Farms 22‑lot subdivision at 5688 S. 5900 W.

The Hooper City Planning Commission opened a public hearing on a proposed 22‑lot subdivision called Agnes Farms at 5688 South 5900 West and then closed the hearing after hearing staff and at least one public comment.

City planning staff said the developer has submitted a complete application and that staff will begin the formal review. A staff speaker said, “Just received a complete application from the staff standpoint, started the first review, Should have that review on Monday,” and that the commission could schedule further public hearings after the first review cycle to give the commission more time to synthesize information.
