Board authorizes superintendent to apply for federal, state and foundation grants for 2025–26
Summary

Board member Nancy Skinner introduced the item asking the board to authorize the superintendent to apply for “all available federal, state, foundation, and other special funding programs” for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025.

Staff explained that the authorization is annual and encompasses any grant funds the district is eligible to apply for; staff said the board would be notified of applications and of awards.
