Valley County approves $25,005.70 landscaping contract for county facilities

Valley County commissioners on Oct. 15 approved a $25,005.70 landscaping contract with Andreas Garcia, owner of Otherside LLC, and discussed a broader preventive maintenance program for county facilities.
