The change reduces the previously approved 132 dwelling units to 129, eliminates three lots to accommodate a stormwater best-management practice (BMP) located entirely on Pulte property, and moves required volume control that had been planned on a Costco outlot onto the Pulte site. Pulte representative Fabian Fondriest said the change is to "accommodate the stormwater BMP that is now gonna be entirely on our property."
