The Revere Licensing Commission held a hearing Oct. 15 on alleged liquor-law violations by Lumina Lounge LLC at 63 Revere Beach Boulevard following police reports that patrons were served after 2 a.m.
Diego Preciado, who identified himself at the hearing as a representative of Lumina Lounge, said the venue had documentation showing a last call at about 1:30 a.m. on the night in question and provided security-camera images he said captured only a small group of people resolving payment issues. He said staff had held a VIP party to collect payment before allowing patrons to leave and that no drinks were served after 2 a.m.
