Revere Licensing Commission approves multiple restaurant, alcohol and entertainment licenses; limits Mister Q hours

The Revere Licensing Commission approved applications for multiple one-day and permanent licenses at its Oct. 15 meeting, granting alcohol, common victualer and entertainment permits to a series of restaurants, event organizers and retailers across Revere.

The approvals included one-day malt-wine permits for Revere Parks and Recreation for an All Hallows Eve event at the Revere Public Library (Oct. 25), and for Ray's Boxing Inc. for a boxing and MMA event at 649 Squire Road (Nov. 22). The commission approved common victualler licenses for Santa Fe Burrito Grill (60 VFW Parkway) and Mister Q Revere Inc. (791 Broadway), an all-alcohol restaurant license for Ocean King (320 Revere Beach Blvd.), and multiple entertainment amendments, including karaoke at Los Compadres (843 Broadway) on Saturdays.

The meeting also approved a transfer of an all-alcohol package store license to Wonderland Liquor Stores (158 Shirley Ave.) and a transfer-of-stock/change-of-manager application for Mode of Action Wellness Club LLC (220 Broadway). A change-of-category and relocation application for Meba Corp. (765 Broadway) to amend an entertainment license and operate at new hours was approved. The commission granted a one-day entertainment permit for Sandler Square’s Halloween costume contest (Oct. 31).
