The committee voted to award the parking-lot snow plowing and hauling contract to Bitter Turf Pro LLC as the lowest responsible bidder for the 2026–2028 contract term. A committee member moved to approve the contract and a second was recorded; the committee chair called the vote and the motion carried unanimously.
Committee members then approved the claims committee reports. A motion to accept the reports was seconded and the committee voted unanimously to approve them.
Finally, the committee considered a resolution to amend the 2025 budget to provide funding for unbudgeted overtime tied to special events. After a motion and second (the second was recorded as Alder Galvin), the committee voted unanimously to adopt the budget amendment. During the meeting the committee was also informed that the 2025 contingency amount is $25,000.
