Staff noted the Conservation Commission had not yet closed its own review and planned a site visit focused on plantings; the town holds a bond for the conservation work. A staff speaker summarized inspection findings bluntly: “The work has been completed.”
With no members of the public appearing for the application and no board questions, Member Kent moved to grant as-built approval and release the surety; Member Conley seconded and the vote was recorded as all in favor.
The Conservation Commission will complete its remaining review of required plantings and follow its own process on any remaining conservation conditions.
