Police report lists recent liquor- and massage-establishment enforcement activity

The Green Bay Police Department provided an informational violations report to the Protection Policy Committee covering activity from Sept. 18 through Oct. 9, 2025, detailing recent enforcement and follow-up at several liquor establishments.

Police described multiple recent actions: an owner at 100 South Broadway (A Hundred South Broadway / A Hundred Bar and Grill) received a citation for a stipulation-agreement violation after a tavern check; officers found a bartender working without a copy of an operator’s license and issued a warning on that occasion. The department said it held a correction meeting with the establishment and is doing further follow-up.

At 631 Bellevue Street the department issued citations after finding the owner and bartender without a licensed operator on site and warned for stipulation-agreement violations; police said a correction meeting will be scheduled. At 201 North Washington an individual was arrested on charges including disorderly conduct and drug-related offenses; police said they do not have many calls at that location historically.

The department explained correction meetings are part of the city ordinance process to allow businesses an opportunity to correct violations before the city pursues additional remedies. Committee members asked clarifying questions about ownership structures and whether all responsible parties attended correction meetings; police said they include all parties so everyone has the same expectations going forward.

The report was informational and required no committee action.
