The Manor City Council voted 6-0 to approve right‑of‑way entry agreements with the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) that allow the authority to conduct environmental investigations, utility location work and topographic surveys on specified parcels adjacent to U.S. Highway 290.
City staff said the agreements will let the mobility authority access parcels (identified in the agreements as Lot 5, Block KK Presidential Glen Phase 1A and Lot 7, Block A Manor Commons Southeast Commercial Phase 1 Parkland) to support schematic and feasibility work for the corridor project. Staff said the authority already has multiple access agreements in place along the corridor and plans to advance investigations toward the county line, with expected on-site work within approximately 45–60 days once agreements are executed.
Council authorized staff to execute the agreements and directed the city manager to finalize and sign the documents. The motions carried 6-0.
