The Manor City Council approved staff recommendations to select Flato Realty Advisors LLC as the appraiser for two Public Improvement Districts: Lagos PID Improvement Area No. 1 and New Haven PID Improvement Area No. 1.

Staff said Flato had been used on recent PID work for other Manor projects and elsewhere, and the firm’s engagement letters were included in the meeting packet. Council approved separate motions to select Flato for Lagos PID and for New Haven PID and authorized the city manager to execute the engagement letters; both motions passed 7‑0.

Council members noted prior experience using the firm on New Haven and Manor Heights work and did not raise objections. Staff said the engagement letters will allow appraisal work needed for proposed PID financing and bond considerations to proceed.
