The owner indicated she would limit appointments so that there is no more than one client on site at a time and estimated between five and ten clients per week. Staff noted there is a designated parking space on the property and showed images of the site during the presentation.
No members of the public spoke in opposition. Commissioners said they had reviewed the item at a prior study session and had no additional concerns. The motion to approve passed unanimously.
Next steps: the applicant may proceed with business operations under the conditions of the home‑occupation permit and standard permitting and licensing requirements.
