• Republic Services pass-through increase to cover higher disposal fees at the Brownsville landfill approved (Agenda item 6.2). Motion carried with one opposing vote and one abstention recorded; council discussion noted customer notification timing issues.
• Pickleball-court construction at Water Tower Park approved and a budget amendment authorized to reserve up to $76,009.50 (Agenda item 6.4). Motion carried.
