The motion was seconded and passed by roll call. Commissioners Brandy Rickert, Jason Dale, Kayla (listed also as Caitlin in the roll call), Chris Wright, Linda Newton Curtis, Matthew Mansfield and Jose Valipando each voted yes. The motion’s text as stated to the record recommended disqualification and removal of Elise Stefan and requested the City Council initiate appointment of a replacement to serve the remainder of the term.
