Waukegan schools to host "Know Your Rights" immigration presentation Sept. 8

The presentation will be led by the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic and broadcast live in English and Spanish on the district's YouTube channel beginning at 6 p.m.
The presentation is presented as part of the district's effort "to ensure schools remain safe, welcoming, and supportive for all students and families," Altsak said. The district provided advance notice so families can plan to view the bilingual broadcast and prepare questions for the clinic presenters.
