The Grand Haven City Council took routine actions at its Feb. 3, 2025 meeting, approving two new appointments, adopting meeting minutes from Jan. 21, 2025, and approving a bills memo totaling $797,054.91.
Marie, the city clerk, read the appointments and consent items into the record. The council approved appointment of Roger Bergman to the Main Street Downtown Development Authority with a term ending June 30, 2025, and Amy Laluk Prinzi to the Historic Conservation District Commission with a term ending June 30, 2027. Councilmember Fritz moved the appointments; Councilmember Lowe seconded and the roll-call vote was recorded as yes by Fritz, Lowe, McLaughlin and Mayor Maneta.
On the consent agenda the council approved the Jan. 21, 2025 regular meeting minutes and the bills memo in the amount of $797,054.91. Councilmember Fritz moved approval of the consent and regular agendas; Councilmember McLaughlin seconded and the items were adopted by roll-call vote.
