Roscoe board approves 2024 tax levy, abatements for two bond series and new phone system

Board members and staff said the RingCentral contract is expected to reduce recurring phone costs. Officials stated the move would reduce monthly telephone service costs by roughly $800 across the village’s accounts; the switch was budgeted in the current year’s budget.
