Commissioners also asked staff to add that, during the May 14 hearing, an applicant reported expected rental rates “between 1,700 to 1,900” and that questions had been raised about acceptance of low‑income vouchers (Section 8), which the minutes do not definitively record as accepted or denied.
The commission did not make any formal determination about voucher acceptance at the June 11 meeting; the minutes amendment records only what was said at the earlier May 14 hearing. The amended minutes will be retained as the record of what was discussed on May 14.
