Commission hears update on Stow amphitheater — developer change delayed groundbreaking

He also recapped public concern about sound and traffic, noting the project team expects only about 10 events per year that would generate the larger sound and traffic impacts and said studies show a full parking lot could be emptied in approximately eight minutes.
No formal city council motion was taken at this Senior Commission meeting; Feldman described recent council-level approvals and schedule changes to inform the commission.
