Juan Carlos Olade appeared and acknowledged a violation of a supervision condition (failure to report to the supervision officer). Olade pleaded true to the condition on the record.

The parties presented a negotiated agreement. The court accepted the plea bargain, finding the defendant guilty, revoked community supervision and sentenced Olade to eight months in a state‑jail facility. The court credited him for 243 days previously served in county custody, and Olade waived his right to appeal as part of the plea agreement.

The judge advised Olade that as a felony conviction he would be prohibited from owning or possessing weapons or ammunition and confirmed that the defendant had reviewed and signed the court's appeal‑waiver documents.
