Resolution 2824 — Orderly annexation between the City of Cannon Falls and Randolph Township (pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 414.0325): approved, 6-0. The resolution text discussed developer-paid contributions to offset township tax loss, a buyer fee paid by the developer to the township, infrastructure timing commitments, emergency-use provisions for an existing well (subject to DNR approval), and increased buffers and tree plantings.

Ordinance 410 — Second reading and adoption amending city code chapter 152 related to zoning (text amendment to allow regulated data center uses): approved, 5-1.
