Brian, a county staff member who reviewed the bid with Jeff, said the vehicle “meets all of our specs.” Court members were told the vendor-stated total was reported in the sealed bid as roughly $119,536.30; the court authorized staff to take delivery and put the truck into service as soon as possible.
