The Community Preservation Committee opened its Sept. 30, 2005 meeting, established a quorum and unanimously approved the meeting agenda by voice vote.

The committee then considered and approved a fund requisition for a building-envelope item listed in the CPC accounting as “veil village” (fy23). The stated amount was $307,724. A member moved to approve the funds; the motion was seconded and the committee recorded affirmative voice votes. Committee members recorded as voting “Aye” during the roll call included Tim, Dimple, Tom, Johnny, Joe and John, and the chair confirmed their own “Aye.”

Minutes of the meeting show that the requisition motion carried; the committee did not record any “No” votes on that motion in the public minutes for the Sept. 30 meeting.
