- Close and approve amended Order of Conditions — Purcell, 32 Dukes Road (SC 483904): Amended order placed on file; motion to approve as drafted passed by roll call (unanimous among voting commissioners). Certificate to be signed.
- Close and approve amended Order of Conditions — Pops Lane Holdings Trust, 3 Pops Lane (SC 483830): After discussion and public comment, public hearing was closed (5 in favor, 1 opposed, Commissioner Williams recused). At the public meeting the commission approved the amended order with additional standard pool conditions and a requirement of native plantings; the amended order was approved and will be finalized for signature.
- Close and approve amended Order of Conditions — Third Point Holdings LLC, 39 Quays Road (SC 483806): Motion to approve amended order as amended (add native plantings and no agricultural chemicals); roll-call approval unanimous.
- Issue Order of Conditions — Sanketi Golf Club Inc., 18 Hawkes Hollow Road (SC 483911): Standard demolition and replanting conditions; roll-call approval unanimous.
- Approve RDA (delineation) — Burke, 31 Baxter Road: Staff recommended and commission issued a Positive 2 determination confirming the coastal dune boundary; motion passed by roll call (unanimous).
- Approve Minor Modification — Dream North LLC, 28 Shimo Pond Road: Minor modification to retaining wall and seating area approved (unanimous).
- Approve Minor Modification — Pacmo LLC, 61 Pacmo Road (SE 483801): Minor modification to infill between house and approved hot tub; motion passed (unanimous).
