Council approves Davidson Street reconstruction assessment after neighborhood opposition to sidewalks

Coyle said roughly two dozen neighbors had petitioned against the additions and that sidewalks would be “out of character” with the rest of the neighborhood; she asked the council to send plans back for more outreach and to allow neighbors to decide.
Staff and council action: Council members moved and seconded the recommended action for item 12; after no discussion the council recorded a unanimous vote in favor of the reconstruction assessment district.
