Orland Park approves Costco zoning, special uses and dedication for Ravinia roundabout

Costco real estate manager Larry Jurjek told the board the company purchased six acres east of Ravinia in 2022 and intends to relocate its fuel operations to that parcel while improving circulation and adding parking.
