New recycling business requests additional time to complete conditional-use permit

Community Development staff offered the speaker contact information and said staff would provide guidance on the conditional-use permit process and next steps. The staff member told the owner, “our community development director will give you your card,” and staff followed up by exchanging contact information at the meeting.
Council and staff did not take action on land-use approvals at the meeting; staff indicated the owner should work with Community Development to complete the conditional-use application.
