The commission voted to cancel the company's electricity supplier license for the entity named in the agenda item. Commissioners then granted limited waivers of COMAR 20.62.03.04C to extend operational deadlines as requested: Jacob's Place Solar LLC to April 11, 2026; Churchville Solar LLC to April 26, 2027; and ABMD Solar 1 LLC to December 31, 2026.
