Planner James Coley described CZ2513 (Brentwood Phase 5), a request to rezone an 86‑acre parcel at 141 Black Angus Road from Residential Limited Service (RLS) to Conditional Residential General (CRG) to allow 111 single‑family homes. "This conditional rezoning would allow for a 111 single family homes to be built and would go from limit, residential limited service, RLS, to conditional residential general, CRG," Coley said.
